Total Care is doing what it takes to assure a warm floor

In the rare event that a Raychem underfloor heating product should fail and it cannot be repaired, you will be provided with a new product and the costs of installing it will be covered. You can also rest assured that the original floor covering will be repaired or replaced to an equivalent standard.

The quality of Raychem products is superior and has been proven in numerous installations—industrial, commercial and residential construction. Behind this quality is the careful selection of the right materials, continuous process improvements and extensive quality control.

The concept in a nutshell

The Total Care Warranty is valid in all European and CIS countries and covers all defective Raychem floor heating systems.

It is only valid if:

  • The products are installed by a qualified electrician according to applicable rules and regulations, and in accordance with Raychem’s installation instructions.
  • The Warranty Registration Form is completed and signed by the electrician.
  • The Warranty Registration Form is kept by the property owner, together with photographs and/or sketches from the installation.
  • For the 20 years to apply the installation must be completed by a CertifiedPro installer and it must be registered online.

Our promise

Providing the guidelines above have been followed, Raychem will:

  • Repair or replace the Products—free
  • Restore the floor to the equivalent standard—free
  • For thermostats, the warranty is limited to the supply of a new product for 12 years.
